New product in our program ______________________ Besides our standard program, our company in past two years started to develop and manufacture also system for dissolving and dosing of powder components (for example powder milk) and also components in crystal form (for example sugar and citron acid). Important fact is that with this system we can reach a dissolving capacity up to 6 tons of raw material per hour. Our system is much more price competitive and energy efficient than relevant equipment produced by our competition. System of crate conveyors for Paulaner ________________________________ Production of process equipment for breweries is in our domain since our beginnings. We have many references in Slovenia as well as on international markets. Recently we have finalized important project in very referential German brewery Paulaner. In their production room in Rijeka where they fill non alcoholic beverages our company supplied conveyors for their hot fill system. Composing part of whole project was also upgrade of existing flash pasteurizing unit PETEK to be able to function properly as a hot fill system. Alconor Srl ……………………… In first half of 2009 company PETEK supplied the biggest tunnel pasteurizer made in our company till now. It was supplied to Romanian beverage producer called Alconor Srl. In first half of 2009 company PETEK renewed cooperation with one of the biggest Slovenia dairies – company Pomurske mlekarne. Unior Aqua ………………………. Company PETEK upgrade long term cooperation with one of the successful producer of bottled water from Kosovo called Unior Aqua. Krka d.d. & Etol d.d. ............................... Company PETEK is continuously present also at two very important Slovenian companies from the chemical and pharmaceutical field. In second half of year 2008 we cooperated a lot with Slovenia’s biggest pharmaceutical company Krka d.d. from Novo mesto. Water filling plant Črnivec ......................................... In past days we successfully finished delivery and start up of new plant for filling water. The project was turn key project so we took care of all the necessary issues. We wish investor – Mr. Zavolovšek successful entrance into Slovenia non – alcoholic beverage market. We wish to thank him also for the shown trust in our equipment. Syrup room – brewery Krinitza ................................................ Our company finished the manufacturing, assembly and start up of complex system of syrup room for preparation of Bandidos drink in Belarus brewery Krinitza. We thank Pivovarna Laško for their trust and willingness to cooperate and also we wish brewery Krnitiza all the best with their new brand. ___________ NEWS 4.6.2008 _____________ Heating tunnel and air knife drying system ................................................................. For our partner – brewery Pivovarna Union and Pivovarna Peć we successfully solved technological problem of condensation of PET bottles which are filled with beer. The problem occurs before these condensate bottles enter into the labeling machine. Problem was solved on the way that we transported filled bottles to the heating tunnel where bottles or better product was heated indirectly with hot water which sprinkles from nozzles on the top of the tunnel to the temperature where condense is not occurring any more. On the outlet of the tunnel we placed air knife drying system which assures that bottles enter dry into the labeling machine. In April 2008 we successfully finished transfer of complete filling line from Slovenia to other location in Macedonia. Investor – company M & A Beverages choose us for coordinator of whole project and supplier of all necessary infrastructure for such line. Project was very pretentious and complicated but successfully finished at the end. Company M & A Beverages is our constant partner and one of the most important soft drink producers in Macedonia. Company PETEK successfully finished another specialized assembly in Slovenia’s biggest pharmaceutical company Krka d.d.. Team of well qualified service engineers and technical manager successfully handled all demands and standards which are usual for such assemblies. We would like to express thanks for shown confidence in our company and our services. Modernized manufacturing facilities ....................................................... In company PETEK we are aware of importance of following the directions of modern business and respecting of terms which are agreed between customer and supplier especially in terms of quality of equipment and delivery dates. Therefore we invested in new machines with the reason that we can produce some fabricates by ourselves and on such way we can avoid possible problems that might occur when we order this fabricates from outside suppliers. With new equipment we easier adopt to customer’s demands and there are fewer disturbances in our everyday business. ______________ NEWS 11.3.2008 ______________ Twister ------------ In February 2008 we developed for our partner Coca Cola Croatia – for their water plant in Gotalovac new product which we named Twipet. The purpose of this machine – twister is to turn bottles while they are traveling. With this we can ensure cap soaking with the product inside the container and on such way we prevent cap contamination and consequently re-infection of filled container. Twister can also be used for defeating different barriers in production rooms. Pivovarna Laško ---------------------------- At the end of year 2007 we successfully finished project of moving depalletizer for glass bottles from one micro location inside complex of Pivovarna Laško to another. It was a pretty huge project for which we number of remakes and additional parts. We also took care of all the electrical components and start up of whole system. Our cooperation with Pivovarna Laško is getting stronger since we already discuss some new projects and we thank Laško for their confidence in us. Growth of our team ------------------------------- These days we can confirm that number of new projects is growing very nice. Therefore the need for new experts in our company is growing as number of new projects is bigger every day. Because of all this we employed some new experts in our technical department and also in production sector. We will try our best to keep our existing level of quality and also improve it in the future. _______________ NEWS 29.11.2007 _______________ Brau Beviale 2007 ............................. Our company visited this year’s fair exhibition Brau Beviale 2007 for the first time as an exhibitor. In our opinion our fair appearance was interesting and very useful for us. We practically met all our biggest existing clients and we also made some very good new contacts. We would like to thank to all the visitors of our stand. Krka d.d. .............. In the beginning of November our company successfully finished its first specialized assembly in Slovenia’s biggest pharmaceutical company – Krka d.d.. With this project our company is fulfilling its strategy of strengthening also in pharmaceutical sector. Social - business meeting with our business partners ................................................................................. In the end of September our company organized social – business meeting for its most loyal customers. We first gathered in the nice ambient of Slovenian seaside where we head a nice dinner with typical food and drinks. Next morning we went to Italy – more precise to Spinea. Spinea is a city near Venice in which our business partner company AVE is located. We firstly had some formal time together where our customers were able to get some information about what is new in companies AVE and PETEK. Later we went to tourist guide trough Venice and after that back to Slovenia. We had a very nice time with our clients and we are hoping to see them again soon. _______________ NEWS 20.08.2007 _______________ CIP station – Delta M ................................. In the beginning of August company PETEK successfully put in function one-line automatic CIP station model CIPeT. The CIP was made for one of the biggest company in Serbia - DELTA M for their new water filling factory in Valjevo. We would once again like to thank DELTA M for their confidence in company PETEK and we hope for good business cooperation in the future. Pasteurization – Bibita ................................... In July 2007 company PETEK manufactured and delivered plate pasteurization for company Bibita from Peć (Kosovo). Air knife drying system ................................... In the end of May 2007 3 air knives were successfully manufactured and delivered from our company. First was delivered for Pivovarna Laško (biggest Slovenian brewery), second was for Coca Cola Zagreb and third for Vital Mestinje (Slovenian soft drink producer). Summer of 2007 was boundary stone from perspective of increasing business of company PETEK to foreign markets. We made an agreement to 3 representatives who are now actively selling our products. In May 2007 PETEK d.o.o. end up with project: Heating tunnel of capacity 66.000 bottles pet hour for the biggest Slovenian brewery - Pivovarna Laško. We did all the engineering work, manufactured the tunnel and assembly and start up were also preformed by our engineers. We would once again like to thank Pivovarna Laško for their confidence and their help. Tunnel pasteurizer .............................. In the beginning of year 2007 PETEK d.o.o. successfully finished the disassembly and transfer of double deck tunnel pasteurizer from brewery Union (SLO) to brewery Pivara Peje (Kosove). Tunnel pasteurizer is equipped with necessary infrastructure - conveyors (with full automatic operating system) which were completely projected and manufactured by our company.
