TUNNEL TECHNOLOGY

Tunnel pasteurizer

Heating of the product from the inlet to the pasteurizing temperature, products holding on the pasteurizing  temperature for 

the required time and cooling to the desired outlet temperature. Heat exchange provided by water recirculation inside the 

closed cycle - energy recuperation through various temperature zones.  Any additional energy is ensured by means of heat 

exchangers with an automatic temperature control. 

Cooling tunnel

Cooling of the product prompt after the container entering into the tunnel down to the required temperature. Heat exchange 

provided by water coming from an outside cooling source (cooling tower, cooling aggregate etc. ).

Cooling tunnel with pasteurizing zone 

Holding of the product at the inlet temperature for the required time, after that cooling to a certain outlet temperature. 

Heating product is water, heated in the first (pasteurization) holding zone by means of a heat exchanger with an automatic 

temperature control. 

Heating tunnel

Heating of the product from the inlet to the required outlet temperature. Heating source is water, provided by a heat exchanger with an automatic temperature control.

PASTEURIZING UNITS

Thermic treatment of liquid products by means of plate or tube heat exchangers. Options: hot outlet, cold outlet or a combination of both on request. Possible treatment of products with various viscosity. Pasteurizing units are made as monobloc versions that allow quick displacement and in-line assemblage with other bottling  equipment and quick and easy connection to the energetic sources.  SISTEM plate or tube heat exchanger with suitable number of sections, buffer tank with level control devices, cleaning head, inlet and outlet connections,  centrifugal pump with flow regulation provided by an electronic  flow measuring device, sanitary control valve  and a  speed converter,  automatic temperature control with registration and  synoptic records on pasteurization and cooling temperatures, pasteurization and sanitation procedures control by means of PLC controller, pipelines with suitable fittings,  carrying platform for the complete system - monobloc unit, possibility of pasteurizing system  upgrading with deaeration and homogenizing units,  various options of pasteurizer communication with CIP units, options of a system operation and supervision by means of PC from a supervision control room.

CIP UNITS

Structure: CIP isolated and non-isolated cylindrical tanks of suitable volumes and with all necessary accessories,  heat exchangers with an automatic temperature control, CIP pumps, control board with PLC and touch screen display for cleaning processes performance and supervision - an integral  system of CIP products (concentrates) automatic feeding,  pH value and temperature control. Basic specifications: monobloc unit placed on a pedestal,  possibility of an automatic concentrates feeding, mixing of cleaning concentrates with water, provided by means of a pressure pump and recovery pipeline, concentration and temperature control of the recovered products, possibility of CIP CIP, possibility of CIP product flow control by means of a flow meter and a converter,  rinsing water collection and storage till the next cycle, pipeline connections with corresponding fittings. Options: Automatic CIP with PLC commander  Semiautomatic CIP Manual CIP Single line CIP Multi line CIP CIP of CIP

SYRUP ROOMS

Structure - composition  Syrup rooms for products preparation and storage before the bottling process consist from:   system of sugar dissolution and pasteurizing of sugar solution,  sugar solution filtration, cooling and storage,  receipt and preparation of bases and concentrates, mixing of final product to be bottled. There can be offered an "in-line" or partial series preparation of final product. Options: an automatically operated syrup room by means of PLC controller that allow entirely automatically running of the system, semi-automatic preparation and partially manual running of the system, manually running of the system.

STORAGE AND PROCESS TANKS

Vertical and horizontal tanks of different shapes for various purposes.  Isolated, non isolated storage or process tanks. Process tanks with different mixers and functional accessories. Pressure tanks with dosing systems and pressure control of various protecting gasses for protective atmosphere  maintenance.  Accessories: mixer (type and performance depend on purposes), technological  and CIP connections, inspection openings of various shape and size, level control (by an electronic device or a glass sight), cleaning head, TOP TANK armature, others.

CONVEYING SYSTEMS

For packaging applications like:  glass bottles, PET bottles, cans, cardboard blanks, others. and conveying of packages and boxes like: plastic crates, carton packages - boxes, thermoshrink film - packages, others.

CONTAINERS DRYING

Air knife is ideal for products and/or packaging demands where efficient drying is requested and for a broad range of  industrial applications where purity, high temperature causing condensation before labeling (packaging) or corrosive  environments are concerned.  Sufficient quality and air pressure are guaranteed by the installed JET-2 Direct Drive Blower. Motor is equipped with a  Variable Frequency converter that allows automatic soft starts. There is a High Speed centrifugal blower assembled directly  to the motor shaft, with no belt transmission.  Advantages: a powerful and precise airflow over wide areas, high efficiency - more air with less power, lower maintenance costs (no belt to adjust, change or replace). 

CONSTRUCTIONS AND PIPELINE INSTALLATIONS

Manipulation and assemblage of a process equipment: Unloading from trucks and removal of transport packaging, pallets and crates,  Lifting (including trucklifts) and transportation to the macrolocation,  Positioning to the microlocation, Assembling and mounting of constructions and their components. Performance of technological and CIP pipelines systems in food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries: 3D projecting of pipelines,  welding according to TIG welding procedure, orbital welding, inside welds video (endoscope and X-ray) control. Constructions: anding constructions for operators purposes, carrying consoles, security equipment.

TRIBLENDER SYSTEM

System for dosing and dissolving of powder and crystal shape ingredients (sugar)  Batch dissolving of ingredients (mainly sugar), Capacity of dissolving is 6.000 kg/h of powder or crystal shape ingredients,  Special ejector (venture principle) for assuring effective dosing of ingredient inside the water,  Energetic very efficient system compared to current competitive solutions on the market, Possibility of dosing powder and crystal shape ingredients trough dosing shaft,  High capacity centrifugal pump for assuring necessary flow, Local electrical cabinet for switching pump on/off, Construction made of stainless steel together with stairs for operator’s access,  Possibility of dissolving with hot or cold water, Possibility of partial delivery of only dosing unit or complete system for dissolving (tank, pipe connections, filter, heat  exchanger).
