Structure - composition

Syrup rooms for products preparation and storage before the bottling process consist from:  

system of sugar dissolution and pasteurizing of sugar solution
sugar solution filtration, cooling and storage 
receipt and preparation  of bases and concentrates
mixing of final product to be bottled.

There can be offered an "in-line" or  partial series preparation of final product.


Options

an automatically operated syrup room by means of PLC controller that allow entirely   automatically running of the system
semi-automatic preparation and partially manual running of the system
manually running of the system
